Nestlé Senegal is currently looking for a Human Resources Services Specialist who will deliver local HR services within the defined Service Level Agreement- SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy, and compliance). The individual will be acting as the customer facing representative for the administrative activities and support other HR functions (HRBP, Employee Relations) in the country.
Main responsibilities
Local HR Service Delivery
- Deliver local administrative services within the defined SLAs in line with Standard Routines across HR Processes.
- Provide timely information to HRBPs, CoC, COS and Line Managers as appropriate
- Partner with the respective CoCs and HRBPs to ensure operational needs are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver specific process steps that require physical presence (e.g., paper filing, document stamping, etc)
- Deliver specific process steps related to non-fully connected employees (e.g., personal data update)
- Assist with administrative procedures in connection with local bodies in charge of labor and social security issues (registration with the Labor Inspectorate and the Social Security Fund, monitoring of social benefits and other allowances)
- Ensure the proper maintenance of HR archives and the regular updating of personnel files
- Ensure timely collection and transmission of payroll information
- Be the point of contact for the management of temporary staff (hiring, assignment, monitoring of contracts and payroll)
E2E Service Delivery
- Work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of local activities
- Works closely with HRBP’s, CoCs, CoS and Line Managers to ensure a high level of E2E services
- Provide relevant information and manage local HR processes (e.g., PY, TM, Benefits).
Implementation of Policies and Practices
- Ensures policies, practices and procedures are applied, understood, and followed with a customer centric mindset
- Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and timeliness with the CoS
- Ensure the administration of social benefits in accordance with the collective agreement and the collective agreement of the company (loans and various bonuses, parcels and gifts, etc.)
Social activities
- Be the main contact for the organization and execution of sports events and social gathering of employees in Senegal.
- Act as a spokesperson representing the company in certain gatherings.
What makes you successful?
- University Degree level / Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management / Law
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Payroll systems – SAP, SAGE etc
- Proficiency in English is desirable
- Great Team Lead / Member
- Result Oriented / Proactive
