Experienced manager to join our Housekeeping Supervisory team. The role will involve leading, inspecting jobs and managing the efficiency of a team.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreed to standards
- Ensure all cleaning tasks abide by the cleaning specification
- Monitor and record the use of equipment and materials
- Ensure all equipment, machinery and cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and safe
- Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules
- Liaise with management on any current issues
- Recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping team
- Responsible for ensuring orders (linen and cleaning materials).
Person specifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (essential) / You must be FLUENT in French and English.
- Previous experience in Hospitality
- Logistical skills
- Proven ability in effective planning
- Excellent managerial skills
- Ability to provide feedback
- Fast Internet Connection is Required.
