National Basketball Association (NBA) recrute 01 Future Pro – Ticket Operations Analyst

Position Summary

The Future Pro – Ticket Operations Analyst will support NBA Africa and BAL’s ticketing strategy by analyzing sales data, maintaining reporting accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and revenue. This role contributes to forecasting, platform operations, and fulfillment processes to ensure a seamless fan experience and informed decision-making across markets.

Major Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Update and maintain ticket sales reports in collaboration with the senior manager
• Analyze sales data across platforms and update dashboards to reflect real-time performance
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Provide revenue updates to Finance and support reconciliation processes
• Conduct post-season analysis to evaluate product performance (e.g., group sales, singles, packages)

Forecasting & Strategy

• Analyze historical ticket sales by product type to inform pricing strategies across markets
• Assist in setting sales goals for conferences, markets, and game days
• Support strategic decisions to maximize sell-through and revenue

Platform Operations & Fulfillment

• Understand the backend of ticketing platforms to support business analysis
• Collaborate with platform teams on game days to manage scanners, attendance tracking, and on-site ticket printing
• Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill contractual, guest, and complimentary ticket requests, tracking associated value
• Use sell-through data to support arena fill strategies and fan transportation planning

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Ticketmaster, Teew Tickets, Guichet)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience Needed

• 3–5 years of experience in sports and entertainment ticket sales
• 3–5 years of experience working in cross-functional teams

Educational Background Required

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
