MSF recruits 01 Nursing activity manager (TO BE BASED IN AFRICA OR MIDDLE EAST)
Defining, coordinating and monitoring all care and nursing related activities in the project and ensuring the daily management of the human resources, according to MSF nursing protocols, standards and procedures, in order to warrant efficiency , quality and continuity of prescribed care.
Expériences / Formation
- Nursing diploma is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing will be considered an asset. Additional training in Tropical Medicine will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in Intensive Care (ICU), Neonatal and Paediatric Care, and/or Emergency Services.
- Previous experience working with NGOs in developing countries or humanitarian settings will be considered an asset.
- Experience managing or supervising teams will be considered an asset.
- Experience with pharmacy stock management and medical orders will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level) is required.
Salaire
- Salary determined by MSF’s salary grid IRP2 Level 10 and secondary benefits according to MSF-OCBA’s policies.
- Location: at field level, to be assigned according to operational needs.
- Induction plan to the position.
