A leading African social impact investor are furthering their presence in Senegal. Investing in SMEs across sectors that include agriculture, education and supply-chain, they now require an Office Coordinator to aid in the establishment and growth of their new Senegalese office. Responsibilities: • Coordinating and organizing all office activities • Meet set functional and operational targets to ensure successful operations and growth • Ensure compliance to standard policies and procedures • Provide effective admin support to senior management and monitor stock requirements • Report directly to the Investment Executive • Liaise with clients and service providers professionally • Coach new employees within the admin team Experience: • University degree in a related discipline is preferred, but not essential • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, some within the financial services industry • French required, additional language of English preferred A competitive salary is on offer for the right candidate.
