Job Description:

Telecommunications companies are some of the most vulnerable businesses in the world when it comes to fraud. With a very complex infrastructure and a business environment so volatile, it is easy for employees and smart customers to figure out ways to bypass normal proceeds and then use services for free. Aware of importance of such phenomena, MIC Group is deploying a revenue assurance strategy including anti-fraud processes and systems. The revenue assurance analyst is work to put in place revenue assurance measures and controls.

Key Responsabilites:

Issue a weekly report on activity
Investigate and close system alerts assigned
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue
Validate commissions to paid
Ensure that discrepancies are corrected in a timely manner
Ensure that controls on RA dashboard are on place
Check the accuracy of commissions paid
Monitor daily revenue reconciliation
Monitor daily traffic/revenue to detect any unusaul trend
Monitor customers’ behaviors (pin reset, sim swap, abuse, Activity,credit reload, credit usage, change process)
Put on place processes and controls to ensure that risk is covered or mitigated

Qualifications:

Experience required: 1 -3 years
professional Qualification: IT Engineer
