Job Description
- Partner with clients from precon phase through until project completion.
- Manage projects ranging from $1M – $50M+ in scope.
- Mentor, train, and develop new employees who join the business.
- Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.
- Lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.
- Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.
- Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.
- Work with the internal and external teams. Be a team player.
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience with a general contractor is necessary.
- Experience handling projects at least $20M in scope is preferred.
- Project management and estimating software knowledge (procore and destiny are preferred).
- Client-facing roles in prior companies.
- Ability to identify potential risks and scheduling issues early and deal with them effectively.
