| Description de l’offre Maria DOLL Fashion is recruiting a polyvalent Sales Agent in Dakar. Position: Customer Management – Sales force – Inventory Management Area of ??intervention: Customer management, sales and delivery management, inventory management. Qualities: – Perfect command of FRENCH and ENGLISH oral and written. – Fast typing on computer and smartphone. – Good mastery of office software (Word, Excel, Facebook Manager) – Strong taste for digital, e-commerce and customer interaction. – Good mastery of sales and distribution. – Ease of communication and perfect speech. – Dynamism and organization. – Autonomy and thoroughness to manage tasks and timing. – Professionalism and good humor. – Perseverance and patience. Full time from Monday to Saturday. 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Main missions : – Contacting the customer, entering orders and preparing deliveries. – Be responsible of the organization of deliveries. Follow-up with delivery people and the management of incoming and outgoing stock. – Management of the fund. – Knowledge of the product and the customer base in order to develop sales. – Be part of the establishment of a reception and a quality service. Remuneration : Attractive salary (according to profile and experience) and scalable.
