Description de l’offre MAN Energy Solutions MAN Job Ad MAN Energy Solutions SENEGAL has a vacancy in Dakar (Senegal) in the Field service department for the earliest start date. TURBOCHARGER AND ENGINE SPECIALIST YOURS TASKS – Lead service jobs to be performed by the company – Supervise and lead team of service engineers & technicians, skilled labour, and work crews in all activities concerned with field engineering works aspects – Manage the field service team and identify appropriate measures to develop company’s service capacities – Familiar with and enforces strict compliance with all Engineering Standards, QA/QC and Safety procedures, plus all Company rules and regulations. – Lliaise with other staff to ensure the optimum interface of the various operational activities, with the overall objective of successful completion of the maintenance / service activities & projects. – Ensure that the staff understands and implements the engineering aspects of the work plan, by explaining and engaging in pro?active communication with the crews. – Identify and implement “on?the?job” training programs with the aim of developing and improving team members’ competency in required skills and abilities. – Develop and control optimization measures relating to processes and quality in the field service – Represent MDT and the field service – Conduct performance appraisal & management of reporting individuals and team. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation – Excellent skills set required in maintenance of Turbocharger, Diesel Engine as well as auxiliaries. – Ability to manage and develop a field service team – Sound interpersonal, presentation as well as intercultural skills and understanding – Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment – Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, high integrity – Fluency in English – SAP, further languages, ability to communicate in French HOW TO APPLY: To apply, please send your resume and cover letter to mail address Please indicate “Turbocharger and Engine Specialist” as subject | |
