We Offer
Reporting to the HSSE systems and growth-projects manager, the role is responsible for managing the processes that ensures an effective HSSE & BR Management System for APM Terminals. The purpose of this role is to enable systematic management of HSSE risks within APM Terminals. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our HSSE & BR management system is fit for purpose, updated and relevant and supported by good governance processes that ensures that the management system is well implemented in the terminals
Key responsibilities:
Establish sound governance processes for documentation control, document review and approval.
Establish change management processes for document deployment including appropriate tracking processes.
Manage document management governance processes and document library with continued focus on making the system user friendly.
Establish tracking tools to developing and implementing an effective and standardized HSSE management system, inspired by and leveraging APM Terminals’ Ways of Working and Training within Industry principles and aligned to international best practice
Establishing and maintaining HSSE policies, procedures, compliance content services, and guidelines to enable systematic HSSE compliance with applicable laws and regulations across APM Terminals.
Collaborating with S&R as well as APMT stakeholders to systematically capture feedback and ensure continuous improvement process.
Conducting training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of HSSE policies, procedures, and requirements.
We are looking for:
Experience with running a HSSE Management Systems standards within an industrial/commercial context.
Certifications in Quality and/or HSSE management systems (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a related field. Demonstrable equivalence including on the-job experience welcome.
Knowledge of the terminals industry and deep understanding of APM Terminals’ Ways of Working and Training Within Industry highly desirable.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify trends, analyze data, and present results in a simple way.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
