The purpose of this role is to deliver on the two strategic pillars of the TOS Program:•Standardization and implementation of our terminal operating system (TOS). By creating terminal’s process blueprint and leverage best practices, this role will be able to support the APMT way of operating, as well as accelerate the delivery of our global TOS standardization.
Supported by IT & TOS Communities and Operational SME’s, you will be the TOS expertise in the corporate Global Operations function, contributing into development and implementation of processes and systems that enables the business.
•System Optimization – optimize our TOS capabilities and its applicability into our operations globally by leveraging advanced TOS funtionality. You will also be at the forefront of operational and technichal innovation in the work of developing and piloting new products and features in the TOS space.

Key responsibilities• Execution of TOS implementations/upgrade projects and roadmap.• Contribute into the improvement of TOS program governance and ensure compliance within a project.• Project manage and follow governance on TOS implementations ensuring all parties are aligned and deliver according to plan• Within the corporate Global Operations function, be the TOS focal point of contact and SME for terminals.• Liaise with terminal operation department and the Global TOS team (IT – Technical Project Mgrs) to guarantee minimum customization• Ensure the right local resources are included in the project and super-user/tester are fully engaged with the project.• Prepare and conduct workshops with the different operational departments to ensure process changes are well understood and agreement with the terminal management are well cascaded.• Understand, evaluate and through established governance provide input to the Global TOS team (IT) and terminal IT department in all TOS related decisions within the project.• Share knowledge and expertise across TOS community.• Build and facilitate global TOS super user community to manage standards, share knowledge and best practices within technology and systems.• Drive optimization through the TOS and ensure optimal system support that enables business value.• When needed conduct super-user training and ensure end-user training is successfully performed.• Ensure lessons learnt and best practices are documented.• Propose and implement process improvement by gathering input from the TOS user community.• Facilitate change through all levels of the organization focused on leveraging technology and systems to improve process and business performance.• Contribute to convert process needs from Kaizens into technology requirements.

We are looking for• +5 years of terminal operations experience, preferably in both planning and execution.
• +5 years of Operational or relevant IT experience working with TOS and port technology. Extensive N4 experience as user/operator or IT.
• Ability to influence and engage with relevant stakeholders
• Basic project management knowledge
• Process Design & Solution Mindset.
• Strong ability to consume complex and technical knowledge up/down across processes/functions, simplify and communicate the information effectively (communicated at the right level of detail and the right level).
