Opportunité

As the Contract Logistics (WnD and Container Depots) Manager for DRC & Congo, you will be responsible to bring the integrator vision alive and to grow first class operated WnD and Depot products. You will be responsible for all existing sites and all sorts of outsourced sites (partner, 3rd party, JV e.g.) within the given countries, fully accountable for P&L and operations of the WND and Depot products, having operational ownership. Our existing capabilities being very limited in the two countries vs opportunities available, you are also responsible to identify & drive deployment and investment initiatives in order to strengthen our footprint for WND and Depot and cope with existing and growing customers needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Profit & Loss

•        New and existing customer management

•        Contract management

•        Sites performance

•        Continuous improvement & optimization of assets

•        Investment decisions and follow up on the same

Product

•        Expand business footprint while ensuring profitable growth

•        Execution of Contract Logistics (WND & Depot) strategy for the countries in alignment with Area Leadership Team

•        Business development aligned with strategy

•        Develop new customers by liaising with Country sales

•        Local implementation

•        Growth targets

•        Product mix with other Product to offer a solution to customers needs

•        Work with BD teams across verticals for growth

•        Tender handling

Operational excellence

•        HSSE adherence on all sites

•        Drive compliance & regulatory adherence

•        Sites operating basis security / IT standards

General Management

•        Lease administration

•        Contract management

•        Drive adherence to governance framework

•        Ensure the Contract Logistics products can meet future growth requirements and achieve sustainable business results.

Leadership:

•        Develop talent pipeline

•        Engagement of Contract Logistics teams within the country

•        Maintain positive relationship while working closely with all site managers

ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

•        P&L, GP, EBIT

•        Cost to serve

•        Asset utilization

•        Customer Pipeline

•        Combined KPI

•        Execution of Contract Logistics strategy within the country

CONSULTED ABOUT:

•        Changes to WND sites  or services offered at site

•        Service level promised to customer

•        All Contract Logistics investment cases for geographical scope
