M. Demajo (Services) Limited is seeking to recruit a full-time Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to complement their current Human Resources Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the Group?s payroll system and s/he will also be working on Human Resources related duties. This post calls for a mature, self-motivated, highly organised and meticulous individual.
* Calculation of both monthly and fortnightly salaries;
* Resolving payroll related issues;
* Monitoring and compiling monthly payroll reports and other related matters;
* Preparation of FS5 and online Submission of the FS7;
* Informing, advising and supporting the employees in relation to policies, procedures and requirements of the company;
* Updating and maintaining employees? absences;
* Compiling and maintaining personnel records;
* Engagement and termination process of employees;
* Carrying out relevant administrative duties within the Human Resources team and any other duties assigned.
* have general knowledge of the Human Resources functions;
* have a minimum of two years? experience on payroll calculation;
* have sound knowledge of the local employment legislation;
* possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese;
* be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
* have good analytical skills and eye for detail;
* be ECDL certified.
Candidates with an ?A? level standard of education and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Dakar payroll software will be given preference.
