Linum Consult’s Client recrute 01 Field Service Technician

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is an international firm well established in Africa.They are urgently looking for a French-speaking Field Service Technician specialising in the maintenance of lifting equipment to oversee their multiple sites across Senegal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing advanced technical support and training for cranes, stackers, and container handlers across multiple sites in Senegal
Liaising between various subsidiaries and the Product Support Manager
Detecting anomalies, establishing diagnoses, and providing optimal maintenance solutions
Managing the technical training and maintenance for lifting equipment for the technicians and customer personnel
Providing commercial support to the sales of parts and services department
Writing regular reports to senior management as required

PROFILE

5 years’ experience as a mechanic or electromechanic for cranes and lifting equipment
Previous history of working on the African continent or as an expatriate in Francophone countries
Good working knowledge of MS Office software
Strong communication skills in spoken and written French and English

This is a permanent contract.
