We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department and in supporting our employees.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment
