The Northern New York (NY) Community Foundation has launched Leadership, Engagement, Access and Direction (LEAD) Impact Grant Program to support nonprofit programs, projects and initiatives that will make a positive and tangible impact on the organization and the people it serves.
The LEAD Impact Grant Program was created by the LEAD Council of the Northern New York Community Foundation. LEAD Council is an advisory committee of young professionals empowered to identify and address community needs across Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties.
Focus areas: Arts and culture, health and wellness, human services, education, recreation and families, environment and conservation, community development, and more.
Funding Information
Up to a total of $20,000 is available for this grant application.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for this grant opportunity, your request is required to:
Clearly demonstrate a positive and tangible impact on the organization and the people it serves across Northern New York.
Provide a creative plan to deliver services, enhance the mission of the organization and community, and make a meaningful impact on the quality of life in the North Country.
