| Description de l’offre SOUTH AFRICAN EMBASSY DAKAR The South African Embassy In Dakar is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the full-time permanent position of a Receptionist. Bas-ic function of position • Welcome and admission of visitors foilowing security and access proçedures, keeping statistics of visitors and reasons for enquiry or visite crowd management • Answer, screeo and forward incoming phone calls • Message taking and document.processing service (photocopying) • Accept documentation, issue documents (Le. handouts, travel magazines, Iiterature and forms regarding customs queries). Apply security procedures. • Tests aiarm and monitoring systems • Liaise with security company guards to ensure that there is no unauthorised entry • Report to senior guard regarding any irregularities • Processes documentation (and fingerprinting if needed), recording of despatches leaving Mission • Assistin distributing visa application forms to members of the public • Assist In appiying visa control numbers on application forms • Assist with Adhoc administration tasks • Give immediate attention to customer complaints and queries; handle complaints and queries in a way that will ensure that problems do not reoccur Qualifications reauired • A minimum of 1,2 years schooling plus 2 years appropriate experience. Preference will be-given to candidates with relevant training/experience Salary: FCFA 4,704,660 per annum excluding benefits..
