La Caixa Foundation announces for Social Calls in Spain

The La Caixa Foundation has announced the applications for Social Calls to collaborate with non-profit organizations that carry out their projects in Burgos, promoting initiatives aimed particularly at socially vulnerable people in order to improve their quality of life and foster equal opportunities.
Objectives
The main objective of the call is to facilitate support for projects related to:
The promotion of personal autonomy and care for aging, disability and illness
Attention to childhood, youth and their families, and to people in situations of social exclusion
The promotion of actions for social and labor insertion
The promotion of intercultural citizen coexistence and social cohesion
Scope of Action
The call covers six areas of action:
Elderly people and the challenges resulting from ageing.
People with a physical disability or mental disorder.
Humanising health.
Combating child and family poverty and marginalisation.
Socio-occupational insertion.
Interculturalism and social action.
Funding Information
Up to 75% of the cost of the project can be requested. Projects may be submitted:
Individually: the amount requested cannot exceed €40,000.
As a partnership: the amount requested cannot exceed €60,000.
Eligibility Criteria
The following organisations can submit applications to the call:
Non-profit organisations.
Social enterprises which, among the aims specified in their articles of association, explicitly state that their main objective is to promote social interests or cohesion.
Public administrations and entities that form part of the public sector cannot apply as project managers in this call but they can partner a social organisation submitting a project as manager.
The requirements for entities, both managers and partnerships, are:
Be accredited in the new application of calls for proposals.foundationlacaixa.org and designate to a person responsible for the project
Be registered in the corresponding administrative registry, domiciled in Castilla y León and develop the project presented in the province of Burgos
Have your own NIF
Have Bylaws and a minimum age of 1 year of activity, from its constitution
