Job Details
- Manage qualitative and quantitative projects as they are assigned from time to time
- Responsible for taking accurate briefs from Client Service team
- Coordinate timely movement of instruments to regions- questionnaires, show cards and incentives
- Communicates brief, timings, deadlines and all relevant project issues to all relevant parties
- Accurately sets project cost (based on cost briefings)
- Monitors and keeps record of all project costs and budgets(thus being able to respond to any over budget queries with confidence, detail and accuracy)
- Relate with regions in specific assignments to coordinate projects and resources
- Support day to day field trainings as may be delegated from time to time
- Review and report on monthly basis the qualitative and quantitative projects status in all locations
- Ensures project details and timings are accurately communicated to various departments(working with Projects Administrator) etc
