Junior EU Aid Volunteer recruits 01 Communication Assistant with Médecins du Monde Belgique in Tunis
Tasks:
– Participate in the implementation of the communication strategy (follow-up of the activities…)
– Participate in the communication of the projects (advocacy tools and sensibilisation)
– Create content (articles, communication support, interviews)
– Create visuals: design prospects, flyers ; create graphic supports for events and communication campaigns, video production.
– Participate in the press relations (redaction of press releases…)
– Participate in the organization of events (mobilization events) : invitations, subscriptions, catering, logistics, follow-up…
– Participate in the animations of social media
– Be present on events in the evening or/and during the weekend
– Contact with the suppliers (negotiate prices, follow-up…)
– Taking notes during meetings
– Could participate in the internal communication (organization of a teambuilding, internal newsletter, welcome pack…)
Salaire
– With the headquarters internal communications team;

The team is mainly Tunisian but it does count a few expatriates; there are many recreational activities.
Cultural venues and outings are numerous and safe.
There is little crime, and public services and public transportation are convenient.
Quality healthcare is accessible.
The volunteer will receive a monthly allowance that should allow them to remain in Tunis without much difficulty. Water and electricity are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
No difficulty connecting to the Internet via mobile network.
The post will require travel to various MdM bases; transportation will be provided by MdM.
