Jumia is recruiting a Content Agent.

Main responsibilities :

Creating Accounts for Jumia Global(JG)
Working on Settings
Creating/Duplicating of SKUs
Attend to Chinese sellers
Updating tracker / Working on Content
Deleting prohibited and restricted items from the site
Responding to mails both local and global
Responding to queries and issues from Customer Service(CS)
Focusing on tasks from Manager
Attending to Pressing matters
Checking on orders
Making sure accounts are approved
Requirements & Qualifications :

Good computer skills: ability to quickly learn new software and tools
High attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and multi-tasking
Great communicator, friendly and approachable
Fluent in English
