Main Responsibilities • Creating Accounts for Jumia • Working on Settings • Creating/Duplicating of SKUs • Attend to Chinese sellers • Updating tracker / Working on Content • Deleting prohibited and restricted items from the site • Responding to mails both local and global • Responding to queries and issues from Customer Service(CS) • Focusing on tasks from Manager • Attending to Pressing matters • Checking on orders • Making sure accounts are approved Requirements & Qualifications • Good computer skills: ability to quickly learn new software and tools • High attention to detail and able to meet strict deadlines • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and multi-tasking • Great communicator, friendly and approachable • Fluent in English We Offer • A unique experience in an entrepreneurial, yet structured environment; • The opportunity to become part of a highly professional and dynamic team working around the world; • An unparalleled personal and professional growth given the challenges that we propose you to take. | |
