Job Announcement
(Administrative Assistant)

The Projet d’Appui au Renforcement du Système de Sante au Sénégal Phase 2 –
(PARSS2) has been implemented by the Ministry of Health and Social Action of
Senegal with the technical support of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
since November 2016. The Project is seeking an administrative assistant based in
Dakar. Successful candidates are required to possess the following qualifications and
experiences:

Administrative Assistant
• At least five (5) years of successful work experiences as an administrative
assistant.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting of the project budget as well
as cash management
• Proven experience in preparation and organization of workshops and meetings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with key stakeholders
• Excellent command of English and French;
• Excellent knowledge of MS office suites especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Availability to travel to other regions.
