Poste proposé : Customer Service Agent
Role will include :
- Responding to visitors’ questions and directing them to the appropriate sources of information
- Updating their knowledge of the client base in order to provide accurate information to website visitors
- Forwarding visitor requests to clients
- Reporting any inaccurate or missing information on the client’s website to the executive assistant.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Customer Service Agent
- Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French, both spoken and written
- Strong sense of autonomy and discipline
- Ability to manage multiple discussions simultaneously
- Proficiency in conducting web searches with ease and efficiency
- Good typing skill.
