JOB PURPOSE :
To manage the operations of the mining site by receiving, storing and issuing petroleum products to the customers while maintaining high equipment and facility integrity, required HSSE standards, laid down operational procedures, managing, guiding and motivating staff to give required services.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Plan stock forecasting and replenishment, manage storage and issues and maintain loses within limits ;Prepare daily, monthly and annual stock reports, distribute them on time and take a leading role investigating any abnormal loses or gain and log reports before 9.00am every day ;Maintain clear and detailed stock reports (receipts and issues) and transmit appropriate documents for SAP actions on daily basis by latest 9.00am ;Coach, mentor, support and manage all staff per the HRPM and all relevant guidance documents ;Prepare Job Description, GPAs, IDPs for staff and monitor them at least half yearly ;Manage aspects of HSSE as per distribution HSSE MS, HSSE Framework and group standards ;Specifically manage the MHMS (Minimum Health Management standards) at depot level ;Manage the incidents, ERP, HRA and HSSE case for the site ;Be the liaison and contact person for the company ;Implement the site procedures and assure adherence by all staff ;Undertake vehicle inspections before receipt and report any variation to the DCM and safely have them offloaded while following procedures and maintaining HSSE requirements ;Act as Distribution representative in the zone ;As asset custodian for the site, manage the equipment as per the set AMS for the site.Manage and control cost for the site.
