Description de l’offre Haussmann Group Africa AfricaWorks Success Manager COMPANY BACKGROUND Haussmann is a leading pan African commercial Design & Build Company with offices in 8 countries in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Mauritius, South Africa, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana) and operational capacities in 10+ countries. We design and fit out offices for our clients like L’Oreal, Uber, Mitsubishi, Total, Nokia etc. across the continent. In 2019, Haussmann launched its coworking solution (AfricaWorks) in Abidjan & in Cape Town providing trendy flexible offices to multinationals and local SMEs. As part of its plan to open 50 AfricaWorks across the continent in the next 5 years, the Company is looking to hire a Success Manger in Dakar to successfully launch & manage our 1st AfricaWorks in Senegal! ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-launch Phase Lead the pre launch phase by drafting & implementing the local go-to-market strategy: Marketing, Communications & Events (with Marketing department): Leading the marketing effort – both offline & online Creating the buzz & hype in town Organizing events to promote product awareness & brand visibility General Management: Recruiting & training of the local team Putting in place the procedure Putting in place the systems Managing the space budget Launch + Maturity Sales: Leading the soft & hard launch Managing the Space tours Sending the proposal Managing database of leads Operations: Ensuring the Process & Systems run smoothly Creating strong links with the Customers Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Managing the MICEs Managing the Team Building & Animating the community Reporting REQUIREMENTS: Self Driven & pro-active, Autonomous and reliable Detailed oriented & rigorous Excellent Oral & Written skills Agile & Bold Go getter Superb sales capacities & track record Previous experience in a start – up / fast growing company is a plus Strong international exposure-both in mature markets and in Africa Strong appetite for Marketing Previous experience / background in Hospitality management is a strong plus | |
