GPF recruits 01 Head of the Legal Department
Role purpose
The incumbent is:
- The legal adviser to the Director-General and the heads of different departments with the task of minimizing the risks associated with decisions and maximizing legal opportunities;
- The head of all legal and administrative aspects relating to the Company’s activities, and the head of strategy (comprehensive guidance) of the legal department;
- The secretary of the company and the head of the legal department team.
Qualifications
- Educated to Degree level
- Minimum 5 years experience practising as a lawyer/providing legal advice
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a similar role within Africa
- At least 2 yrs TelCo experience within Africa
- strong leadership and communications skills
