FishAmerica is seeking to support 3-5 projects with a maximum award of $25,000 per project.
Eligibility Criteria

Non-profit, 501(c3) organizations, state, and local governments are invited to apply. Proposals submitted by government agencies must include the active participation of local, volunteer organizations.

“Hands-on” projects designed to directly improve water quality or aquatic habitat for recreational species are eligible for funding.

Note: Projects that are purely educational, research, or outreach are not eligible for funding under this solicitation. Projects which clearly demonstrate direct improvement to habitat for fisheries resources and which incorporate research or education as a minor component may be considered for funding.
