Responsibilities
- Understand and contribute to anew brand’s positionning;
- Analyze customer insights and conduct market research (local & global) to keep up with and find new trends ;
- Shape and communicate on the brand vision, mission and identify to (potential) customers;
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns (online and offline);
- Contribute to hiring, training and managing a team of junior staff and/or externals service provider (i.e. Graphic Designer, Photo/Videographers, POD operator, F&B Manager, social & web manager…)
- Lead creative development and ensure in-house products (events, merch…) and services developed fit the identity of the brand;
- Meet and engage with like-minded companies and brands to develop collaborations ;
- Coordinate the organization of launch events, exhibitions, shoots and other advertising activities;
- Develop and manage client & partner relationships with corporates, public and private entities relevant to the brand
- Develop & manage brand relationships with creative entrepreneurs and small business owners
- Develop KPIs and monitor/report on product distribution, consumers reached by campaigns, sale estimates, etc. to track results of advertising campaigns and activities

- Excellent sales and marketing culture
- Mastery of team management
- Mastery of project management techniques in agile mode Working
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite) and customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Excellent knowledge of the market and the companies in the sector in which he/she operates: B2B and/or B2C markets
Profile
- Marketing or technical license
- Bac +5 level training
- Master’s degree Commercial, Marketing
- Business school diploma
