The Digital Services Senior Manager is accountable for the Business development & Product management to formulate;
he/she will recommend and secure the implementation of the company digital business development strategy and plans with respect to digital services markets to achieve its business development objectives.
He/she will have the following tasks:
• Formulate and get agreement to company digital services plans which enable company achievement of revenue and growth diversification;
• Develop and recommend partnerships and business models which meet company policy;
• Ensure that plans and objectives are met within the agreed level of expenditure and take corrective actions when necessary;
• Remain continuously aware of market trends, technological developments and competitor activities in order to contribute to business decision making;
• Organize the timely provision of market data and plans to set and meet targets within the digital business stream;
• Develop and maintain the digital services department structure which staffed with people capable of meeting their department and individual objectives;
• Assure synchronization and cooperation between Digital Services unit and other different departments;
• Work closely with the strategy team to analyze the company`s opportunities and capabilities through conducting continuous environmental scanning, customers and competitors (capabilities and resources assessment);
• To be fully accountable for the Expresso Senegal Digital services operational budget i.e. Its control, management, monitoring and reporting on variances

▪ Professional training, Diploma: MBA or any relevant business or marketing qualification is preferred; B.S.C in any relevant filed
