The main objective of the Programme is to mitigate climate change and reduce the vulnerability to climate change in Estonia. The purpose of the grant is to contribute to the reflection, setting and achievement of local climate and energy goals.
The programme “Climate Change Mitigation and Adaption” will be implemented in cooperation with the donor Programme partner Norwegian Environment Agency, who manages environmental protection and pollution control.

Developing of the local, regional, or county level climate and energy plans.
Funding Information
The budget of the open call is 400,000 euros.
The minimum grant amount per application is 5000 euros and the maximum grant amount is 50,000 euros.
The maximum grant rate is 90% of the eligible costs.
Own contribution shall amount to at least 10% of the eligible costs.
Own contribution shall be earmarked for the implementation of the project.

Applications for the project grant may be submitted by the bodies registered in the Republic of Estonia:
