Applicants are invited to apply for the FICCI Road Safety Awards 2018 to leverage expertise of corporates to come up with possible solutions that could mitigate or reduce occupational road risks and drive the agenda of making roads safer for the people at large.

Award Categories

• Road Safety Champion of the Year: For organisations, who have shown exemplary achievement in all round contribution and commitment to road safety including promotion of safer roads, protection of vulnerable road users, promotion of safer vehicles, road safety education & training etc.
• Community Programs in Road Safety: Organisations supporting community involvement in addressing local road safety issues and developing and implementing effective road safety programs that contribute towards positive and sustainable road safety outcomes.
• Innovative Educational Program for Raising Awareness in Road Safety (including creative Road Safety Campaign through, Comics, Animations, Cartoon etc.): For organisations, the medium of creative Road Safety Campaign through comics, animation, cartoons etc. could strike a chord with the younger generation in its endeavor to raise awareness and educate people on road safety and traffic rules.
• Innovation in Product and Services in Road Safety: For organizations, implementation of innovative product and service, in response to customer needs, emerge as more effective and efficient solution to road safety.
• Safe Vehicles: Organisations who have focused efforts on implementation of initiatives to improve the safety of the vehicle like maintenance of technical requirements, effective checking of safety features, effective use of technology etc.
• Safe Driving: Organisations who have focused its efforts on implementation of initiatives to promote and achieve safer driving among its employees.
• Initiatives under Journey Risk Management: Organisations engaged in enhancing compliance risk assessment process, governance and culture, technology and data analytics, monitoring/testing, among others towards making journeys by road more informative, convenient and safer.

FICCI invites entries for FICCI Road Safety Awards 2018 from Indian companies.
