Summary:The work schedule for this position is: Full Time 40 of hours per week

DutiesProvides a wide range of functional assistance to the Embassy Financial Management Center (FMC). Manages incoming and outgoing communications for the FMC. Manages the submission of all Mission vouchers which are submitted to FMC or PSU for processing.  S/he receives all invoices, payment claims and miscellaneous administrative vouchers for registration and distribution. Provides a full range of executive assistant duties keeping office files and records in accordance with DOS record retention policies and is the in charge of sending notifications, rejections, or seeking clarification from external customers. As needed, escorts non-cleared personnel and outside contractors into non-Controlled Access Areas (non-CAA) for the performance of their duties
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:EXPERIENCE:  Four years prior work experience in office management/administration is required.
Education Requirements:Two years of University studies in business administration, finance, accounting, or host country equivalent is required
Evaluations:Post may choose to add the phrase “This may be tested” after a language, skill, and/or ability.  Review the VA template for specific information.
LANGUAGE:  Mandatory:  Copy from Section 15(d) of PD. List each language separately. Post must not list the language level number (i.e. I, II, III, IV) but only list the term associated to the level (i.e. Basic, Good Working Knowledge).
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Optional: This is not required, but if used, derive from Section 15(f) of PD. These must be specific and clearly worded. The information added here will be used to qualify the applicants during the recruitment process.
