Poste proposé : Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our real-time observability platform. You will work closely with software developers and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and verify the correctness and completeness of our application.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications
- Conduct functional testing for detecting regressions prior to deployments as well as continuous quality assurance
- Identify and report defects and issues, including providing clear and detailed descriptions with reproducible steps
- Work with software developers and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize and plan testing activities
- Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and tools.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Quality Assurance Engineer
You’ll definitely need
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience writing simple database queries
- Experience with web inspection tools
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed bug reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- What would wow us
- Technical undergraduate degree (CS, EE, Math, Physics, etc.)
- The ability to code for the purposes of test automation
