DP World recrute 01 Corporate and Legal Affairs Officer
Main activities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and general terms and conditions.
- Dealing with, and advising on, day-to-day corporate, commercial, and labor queries.
- Proactively identifying legal risks to the business and assisting in developing strategies and internal documents to mitigate risk.
- Assess risk and undertake mitigative actions.
- Provide training on legal and compliance matters to non-legal functions.
- Ability to work on multiple demanding projects at any one time.
- Candidates must be technically excellent and commercially aware.
- They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication, and organizational skills being also able to work in French and English.
Job requirements
Degree:
- Master’s degree in Business Law or other related fields
Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a reputable law firm.
- Experience in maritime or container terminal Operation area would be a comparative advantage
Skills and other requirements
- English language (oral and written) working skills (essential),
- Good communication skills,

- Being able to:
- Master the fire detection system and means of first intervention for extinguishing,
