Deloitte Digital Connect Programme (UK)

Deloitte Digital Connect Programme (UK)

Deadline: 17-Oct-22

The Deloitte Digital Connect Programme is now open for applications to help charities scale their impact by supporting charity digital leaders to build capacity and capability within their organisation.

Deloitte Digital Connect has been developed in direct response to the impact of COVID-19 on the third sector to support charities in the UK, connecting them with expertise, advice, and a network to support their digital development.

The programme is part of Deloitte’s 5 Million Futures social impact goal which aims to help 5 million people access education and employment by 2030.

Key Activities
This programme will provide a multiform support offer to charities which will help them learn and apply new skills and practices to their own digital projects and organisations. The support will comprise:

1-1 mentoring and troubleshooting on their named project. Delivered by Deloitte UK volunteer digital experts.
Group training sessions: a range of workshops on digital and design practices delivered by Deloitte UK and CAST’s own experts and partners.
Peer support sessions: delivered by CAST facilitators in small cohorts.
Self-serve support: bespoke digital resources shared with digital leads.
Phases
The programme will comprise three phases:

Discovery (Nov-Dec 2022)
Charities will receive support to identify specific support needs and develop a project roadmap – group training on User-Centred Design and Prioritisation/Strategy and Mentoring will be provided by Deloitte UK.
Key dates: Initiative Leads will need to be available for up to 4 full days of training and support taking place throughout November (exact dates to be shared asap)
Onboarding (mid-Jan to Feb 2023)
Charities will be matched with Deloitte volunteers to review their project roadmap and start making progress on their project. They will collaborate with other charities on the programme through peer support and will learn new knowledge through workshops.
Take off (Mar-Apr 2023)
Charities will implement their project roadmap and carry on learning new knowledge through group training, peer support, self-serve support and 1-1 mentoring/troubleshooting.
