Delaware Community Foundation launches Community Needs Grants Program
The Delaware Community Foundation (DCF) has announced a call for proposals for the Community Needs Grants Program.

The Delaware COVID-19 Community Needs Grants Program is part of the Delaware COVID-19 Strategic Response Fund, a collaborative fund leading philanthropic organizations in Delaware to address emerging and evolving needs resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Specifically, funding may be used for:
General operating funds (if aligned with improving efficiency or expanding capacity).
Technology-related equipment or services.
Supplies, equipment or small capital items.
Development of new services or content.
Consulting services.
Communication programs.
Pivoting to address needs in a different way related to the impact of COVID-19.

The Community Needs Grants Program will award monthly grants up to $50,000 to support Delaware nonprofit organizations as they respond to the operational challenges of the pandemic.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity in good standing.
100% of the requested amount must benefit Delaware.
Organizations must be actively providing services.
Organizations may submit one application at a time.
Organizations may apply a maximum of three times, whether successful or unsuccessful.
Organizations are not required to wait between applications.
