Czech Republic: Call for Proposals for SGS-4 “Reine”

The State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic has launched a call for proposals for the SGS-4 “Reine“. The call is common to all four areas supported under the Norwegian Funds program and focuses on supporting information and education activities in the field of ecosystem, air, water and climate change protection.

Funding Information
Grant range up to 130,000 – 1,300,000 CZK (5,000 – 50,000 EUR) for one project.
Supported projects must be implemented by 30 June 2023 at the latest.

Grant Opportunity to mitigate the impact of COVID-19 and Future Pandemics
Creation of professional and popular-educational outputs for the purpose of their presentation through the media with a large number of addressed recipients (mass media) – radio programs;
Documentaries;
Creation of popular-science printed or electronic publications;
Implementation of courses, workshops, trainings, seminars and lectures for the professional public, lectures for schools and school facilities, environmentally oriented school projects and similar activities with active involvement of participants and their training – public administration and self-government especially in municipalities, employees of small and medium enterprises, farmers, nature rangers, etc.;
Implementation of workshops, seminars, lectures or competitions for the general public with a focus on its specific groups that come into contact with selected thematic areas;
Other awareness raising activities, awareness raising campaigns and their various forms (including digital).
Eligibility Criteria
All Czech legal entities – all entities and organizations, public or private, commercial or non-commercial and non-governmental non-profit, established as legal entities in the Czech Republic.
Natural persons are not eligible applicants.
