Job Description
Driving revenue growth through partner development, direct customer engagement, and localized marketing efforts in an aggressive sales environment
Delivering against sales targets as well as engaging with stakeholders as a trusted advisor and developing long term partner relationships.
High level partner management, involving Financial and new customer approach discussions
Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing (From quoting to invoicing)
Achieving annual margin target, facilitating suitable means of payment and delivering against personal, team and company KPI’s
Accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
Cultivating, growing and enabling partners to successfully close more business
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Partner retention and growth targets against an assigned set of accounts
Building strong relationships with decision makers across the Cisco account base
Proactively identifying new business opportunities across the Cisco account base and working with the relevant department to win the business
Developing the skills and knowledge required company portfolio of products and propositions
Recognizing and delivering against opportunities for business growth via a multi-channel approach
Achieving Cisco certifications where applicable
Job Requirements
Cisco experience & distribution background is a plus.
