Request Amount is $1,000-$10,000 for $0-$100k Organisation Budget
Request Amount is $1,000-$15,000 for $100k-$750k Organisation Budget
Request Amount $1,000-$20,000 for $750k – $5M or $20M Organisation Budget
Application Frequency and Funding Limits

Organizations may submit a total of three applications during 2021 for Program Support Grants and/or Organization Support Grants.
Organizations with operating budgets less than $250,000 are limited to up to 20% of their operating budget in total from these two funds during 2021.
Organizations with operating budgets $250,000 or higher are limited to $50,000 total from these two funds during 2021.
Ineligible Activities – Capacity-Building Projects

Fundraising events and activities
Program-specific staff training
Travel out of the region
Staff salary costs except when costs are directly related to project implementation
Religious activities or efforts supporting an organization’s core religious mission
Expenses that have occurred or will occur during the grant review process

If less than two years old (based on IRS letter of determination)
If operating budget is less than $5 million, may apply for capacity-building projects.
If more than two years old (based on IRS letter of determination):
If operating budget is less than $5 million, may apply for general operating costs or capacity-building projects.
If operating budget is between $5 million – $20 million, may apply for capacity-building projects.
For organizations based outside of Linn County:
If more than two years old (based on IRS letter of determination) and with operating budget less than $20M, may apply for the Linn County portion of capacity-building projects.
Ineligible Organizations – General Operating Support
Organizations with a core religious mission
