The fund works to support one-off, small scale activities that tackle issues that matter to the region. Pacific Island citizens, NGOs, government agencies, and civil society are encouraged to apply to Collaborate Pacific for funding for event and travel costs for activities relevant to the fund’s objectives.

Funding can cover travel (including transport, accommodation, and meals) and event costs (including hosting costs). In general, it is expected that applicants use the most economical and direct forms of transport.
