| Description de l’offre Head of Digital Agency Africa • CDI • Dakar, Senegal • Management – Gestion de Projet CMA-CGM CMA-CGM hiring Head of Digital Agency Africa. Under the management of NAF/WAF Regional Office and eCommerce Head Office, your daily work will be to manage the eCommerce local team driving the deployment, the business development and adoption of the eCommerce products in Africa Responsibilities • Operational management of regional eCommerce team • Ensure impact of eRO across network and maintain close relation with network management (RO VP, GM, head of sales, head of customer care) • Maintain regional expertize and ensuring that regional office teams are contributing to digital agency roadmap, being the agency’ eyes and customers’ voice • Ensuring adoption of digital agency solutions • Develop business through the digital channels highlighting digital opportunities • Deliver & improve operational eCustomer support Skills & Qualifictations • Graduated with a Masters in Business or management, you have gained a first experience in Lines or Agency organization. • Management experience • Strong business development mindset • Excellent relational skills • Rigorous, methodical, organized • Autonomy and proactivity will allow you to successfully carry out the missions of this position. • Great ability to adapt to a very diverse audience including VP / GM • Clear communication / reporting skills • Passionate about digital products. • Knowledge of CMA CGM internal tools : Lara, CRM, Qliksens • Great interest in implementing digital solutions to help businesses gain efficiency and deliver an ideal customer experience. • Fluent English & French | |
