CFAs: Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. – Systems Coordination Provider

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2025 for Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. – Systems Coordination Provider (SCP) (HRSA-25-065).
The overall purpose of this notice of funding opportunity is to undertake a series of activities to support the recipients of Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. – Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts A and B (HRSA-25-063) in meeting the goals of the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (hereafter referred to as the “EHE initiative”).
The Systems Coordination Provider (HRSA-25-065) is responsible for assisting HRSA-25-063 recipients in collaborating, coordinating, and integrating their EHE initiative plans, funding sources, and programs with the existing HIV care delivery systems. In addition, the Systems Coordination Provider will assist in identifying existing and new stakeholders, as well as collate and disseminate best practices, innovative approaches, and interventions identified by the TAP that will advance recipients’ progress in meeting the goals of the EHE initiative.

- Expected total available funding in FY 2025: $2,000,000 for HRSA-25-065
- Funding range per award: $2,000,000 cooperative agreement for HRSA-25-065
- Expected number and type of awards: 1 cooperative agreement per funding announcement.
- They plan to fund awards in five 12-month budget periods for a total 5- year period of performance from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2030.
Who can apply?
- You can apply if you are a:
- Public or nonprofit private entity, including institutions of higher education and academic health science centers involved in addressing HIV related issues on a national scope.
- Faith-based or community-based organization, Tribe, or tribal organization
Eligibility Criteria
- These types of domestic organizations may apply-“Domestic” means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.:
- Public institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
- Non-profits with or without a 501(c)(3) IRS status
- For-profit organizations, including small businesses
- State, county, city, township, and special district governments, including the District of Columbia, domestic territories, and the freely associated states
- Native American tribal governments
- Native American tribal organizations
