Job Description

Manage the Sell-in work, push the SI order to ensure annual target can be achieved;
Manage the Sell-through work, maintain a good relation ship with RD and communicate orders&stratagies with RD to make sure ST target can be completed every month;
Manage the Sell-out work,push the SR team to hit the SO target every month; ——Make stratagies for SI,ST,SO;
Build the Sell-through channels in Dakar and up cities;
Responsible for the marketing work,including : shop head build,vip shop build, ORAIMO retail zone build;
Responsible for reseach work, including market reseach, competitor research, customer research;

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree; (Necessary.)
Have over 5 years of wholesale&retail experience in electronic industry;(With phone or accessories business experience will be better.)
Have a experience for managing SI,ST,SO work;
Have a good sense of market new competitor,knows how to analysis the market and make the research;
A good experience of team management should be acquired,which have ever managed the team over 20 staffs;
With a good oral English ability will be considered firstly.
