Job description

1. Brand Identity & Visual Design

Develop and maintain the overall brand visual system, including logo, VI, color schemes, typography, and design guidelines.
Create marketing materials for both online and offline channels (KV, posters, packaging, retail displays, digital ads, social media content, etc.).
Ensure all design work aligns with brand positioning and maintains a consistent style.

2. Product & Packaging Design

Participate in brand visual strategy for new product launches, providing creative direction and design solutions.
Design product and accessory packaging (outer box, manuals, labels, eco-friendly packaging).
Collaborate with the industrial design team to align product appearance, color, and style with the brand identity.

3. Marketing & Campaign Support

Design visual assets for marketing campaigns (exhibition booths, outdoor advertising, promotional materials).
Provide creative support for ATL/BTL campaigns to enhance communication effectiveness.
Adapt design work for international markets, considering local culture and aesthetic preferences.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, PR, product, and retail teams to ensure unified brand expression.
Coordinate with suppliers, printing houses, and external partners to guarantee high-quality execution.

5. Research & Innovation

Monitor design trends and competitor activities in the smartphone industry, providing insights and innovative ideas.
Incorporate user insights and brand strategy to continuously optimize the brand image and design experience.

Qualification Required:

Fluent in English;
At least 3 years’ experience in design;
Demonstrated team management capabilities, with the ability to independently coordinate multiple project executions.
Can use AI tools
Basic shooting skills
