The focus of all grants should be in conflict-affected townships in Chin, Kachin, Kayin, Kayah, Mon, Rakhine, and Shan States prioritized by the Access to Health Fund, as well as Sagaing and Yangon which have by far the high burden of cases and huge numbers of migrants (who continue to arrive in some places).
