The European Commission is seeking applications for its Action Grants to Support Transnational Projects on Judicial Training Covering Civil Law, Criminal Law or Fundamental Rights programme to contribute to the effective and coherent application of EU law in the areas of civil law, criminal law and fundamental rights, as enshrined in the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, and the rule of law related issues, by helping to address the training needs of justice professionals in these fields.

for justice professionals, and/or
for multipliers, such as judicial trainers or EU law court coordinators, where there are guarantees that the multipliers will pass on their knowledge to other justice professionals in a systematic way, and/or
for cross-professional training, in order to stimulate discussions across judicial professions about the application of EU law and contribute to a European legal culture across professional boundaries on precisely identified topics of relevance to the concerned professions.

The available call budget is EUR 5 350 000.

be legal entities (public or private bodies)
be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
EU Member State (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs), excluding Denmark)
non-EU countries:
countries associated to the Justice Programme (associated countries) or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature
and comply with other eligibility conditions:
Organisations which are profit-oriented must submit applications in partnership with public entities or private non-profit-oriented organisations;
the applications must be transnational and involve organisations from at least two participating countries;
the EU grant applied for cannot be lower than € 75 000.
