Job Description:Our client a large financial services organization is currently looking to recruit a Technology Product Development Lead, to be based in Johannesburg, South Africa, reporting to the Group Head of Information systems and analytics. The incumbent must have technical experience; IT Systems Integration, Biometrics, Robotics and conversant in digital to operational translations Responsibilities:Vendor relationship managementCoordinating technical and operational team membersLead concepts to completion, proposals, process identification & vendor selectionResponsible for full lifecycle of project deliveryDigital application risk and governanceCybersecurity for digital channelsChange managementProcess re-engineering Requirements: Qualification and SkillTrack record in digital product and channel deliveryTrack record in managing vendorsExperience in a senior management role – financial sectorHigh level of organizational abilityExcellent communication skillsAbility to travel in Africa at medium frequency
