We are seeking a South Africa Citizen graduate with a “can do” attitude, who are motivated by results to join an established and highly successful Africa focused recruitment organisation.

Minimum Requirement: Completed Degree

Responsibilities:Business Development with all active and prospective clientsActive sourcing/researching on social media, interviewing/screening candidates, cold calling/business development, reference checking, closing techniques, salaries, fee negotiation, planning and prioritising on the recruitment desk (optimal performance)Business Development with all active and prospective clientsNetworking and researching business growth opportunitiesFollow recruitment activities in line with company recruitment standardsConsistent and disciplined approaches to managing candidate relationships Requirements: Qualification MatricCompleted Bachelor’s Degree  Essential Skills and Experience:0-3+ years of progressive telesales, direct selling, insurance sales or recruitment experienceAssertive, confident, self-starter; essentially a positive, vibrant personalityProactive and people orientatedHighly motivated and results drivenExcellent communication and leadership skillsHigh levels of integrity, and organisational and cultural awareness combined with sound people judgement skillsTarget driven, goal orientated, meeting and exceeding targets consistentlyAbility to multi-taskDetail and quality orientatedWilling to go the extra mile and work effectively as a team member On OfferCompetitive basic and uncapped commissionDynamic work environment with full trainingLocationCape Town, Rondebosch
