Exploration Geologist (Iron Ore / Mining / Exploration / Diamond Drilling / Mineral Reserves) – West Africa Reference Number: 018 1604 RR Job Description:This is an opportunity for an experienced Exploration Geologist to join a diverse and multi-cultural team. Our client requires a strong character and team player with exploration experience in rural and remote locations across Africa. You will be heavily involved and supervising RC and diamond drilling programs. Responsibilities:Supervision and operation of RC and diamond drilling programsMineral resource and mineral reserve estimationGeological logging and samplingCommunicate results of work clearlyMaintaining SOP’sExploration work plans and budgetsWeekly MIS reports Requirements: Qualification and SkillDegree in Geology or Mining Engineering15 years in Mineral exploration years within a leadership capacityStrong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.Excellent communication and planning skills Benefits and Contractual information:Unique area with unique challengesCompetitive salary package, fixed component (USD)Accommodation, Medical Aid and Company vehicleAnnual Performance Bonus, variable component  2 tickets per year, with 28 days leave (14 days per roster)
